How to submit a return request?

    We will process your return request within 2 business days. Once it's approved, we will provide you with the return instructions. 

    If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at info@gusaino.com with your order number and correct information as soon as possible.

    Return shipping

    All return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

    Gusaino is not responsible for customs fees, taxes. And we are NOT liable for any misplaced, lost or stolen item/s.

    Gusaino is also NOT responsible for any incorrect shipping information you provide.

    We don't provide return shipping labels at this time. Please ship out the package with a courier that provides tracking numbers, as it allows both parties to track shipping updates.

     

    Conditions

    All item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund. 

    If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items


    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    European Union 14 day cooling off period

     
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. You can fill out the withdrawal form here. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refund

    You can choose to receive the refund via store credit (valid for 12 months) or your original payment method. See below for details:

    • Original payment method: We will initiate the refund within 2 business days after the package arrives. You will receive a receipt confirmation via email once your returned package is processed. Refund time for credit/debit card payments varies depending on your bank. Please allow up to 7 business days for it to show up in your bank account.
